Accessing Employee Portal
Threat Tec’s employee portal gives you access to helpful how-to’s and company documents. There, you can also submit help desk tickets which will get you in contact with the right department to handle your request.
Access to the helpdesk is controlled by your company office 365 login. As such, when logging in, be sure to use your @threattec.com or @highgatetrainingsystems.com email.
How To Access The Portal

- Visit The Portal Website (click here)
- If you’re logged out of the system, you will be prompted to sign in.
- If you cannot access your account, click “Can’t access your account?”
- Follow the steps to recover your account (if needed)
